The word we’re going to repeat again and again and again is YES, YES, YES. And in fact this practice is entirely up to you. How that yes expresses itself. You may find that you repeat the yes as a whisper or a roar or a kind of a melodious chant or discordantly or dancing around the room, it doesn’t really matter at all. The power is in saying yes, which as a word holds a higher frequency than the no. It has been uttered so many times it would be impossible to count. And the yes is awakening us to the potential of what we are instead of the no which is constantly shutting us down and keeping us separate, keeping us limited, keeping us “safe” according to the ego.

So let’s begin seated comfortably. But if your body feels to move, then you’re going to get up and move it. At the same time as we repeat the yes, we’re going hold our arms up in that Y shape that kind of confirms the yes. So we’re going hold our arms up at the same time, which is also allowing us to receive in a very active and symbolic way from the infinite. And you may get tingles in your hands, you might start to feel heat in your body, you might start to feel that sensation of the infinite reaching out to you at the same time as you reach out to it. Remembering from the law of correspondence, we know that this communication is a two-way street. It’s not us constantly asking and waiting to be given. We are also receiving love, guidance, affirmation all of the time if we would only allow ourselves to do that.

So let’s just begin by closing down the eyes. Make sure that you are somewhere safe and comfortable and you won’t be disturbed, unless you invite everyone in. You will be verbalizing this out loud so you want to make sure that no one’s going to come running in and wondering if something’s going on for you. 

Deepen your breath. Deep breath in through the nose, let it go out through the mouth with a sigh. Letting go of all the effort required to bring you to this point in your day. Good. And now I want you to take your attention to the centre of your chest, to your metaphysical heart, to your anatomical heart. And by withdrawing our attention from the superficial world, closing down our eyes, deepening our breath, placing our attention on the centre of our chest. We’re moving away from the dominant world to the world within the world. To the place where energy is literally all that there is. And we exist in a state of pure potential. It’s our frequency, our vibration that commands energy into matter. And we are the bridge. We are the fourth dimension that turns fifth dimensional pure energy into matter. That 3-dimensional reality that we walk around in. And keeping the eyes closed, spine straight, taking your arms up now to form that Y, that yes shape. And here you can either mute me or join me but remember yourown rhythm, let your own intuitive intelligence guide this practice for you.

We’re going to chant YES together now for a minute. And you may decide that you want to extend that as you go on but for now let’s begin.Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Remembering if you’re still in the space, you can keep going with the yes for as long as you desire. And otherwise just bowing your head now to that magnificent, glorious expanded feeling state.Feeling that expansion, that invigoration, that higher frequency that is actually your true nature. And so quickly you are able to activate it to turn it on. And when you’re ready, bring in some gentle movement back to your body. And blinking open your eyes.
