The Micro Method

This practice can be used anytime. When you’re feeling stress, anxiety or fear in any form including in physical symptoms. When you notice the stressful or anxiety ridden thought, where you’re experiencing pain or discomfort in your body

Notice the stressful thought or physical symptom
Rate the stressful thought or physical symptom on a scale of 1-10, 10 being the most intense. Our aim is to bring that number down with the Micro Method
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose, letting it go out through your mouth with an audible sigh. Maintain a slightly extended breath, breathing in for four counts and out for 6 counts
Place two fingers at the centre of your chest
Ask slightly or out loud, what is the dominant fear in this situation? The answer will be brief and succinct, and will make it self known to you through your dominant clair (clairsentience, clairaudience, claircognisance or clairvoyance). You will see, hear, feel or know the answer. It will be as brief as one word, image, sound or short phrase. Intuition is instant and precise
Now, turn you attention to mental images and thoughts that invoke feelings of deep gratitude, appreciation, joy, or freedom. It may be the smile of your child, the sun on your back, the memory of a holiday. It must bring up for you only the high vibrational feeling of gratitude. You must give yourself over to this feeling with your whole being. Let it build for a minute or so. Allow the feeling to expand in you with as much intensity as possible
Take a deep breath in and let it go out through the mouth
Look around for the stressful thought or physical symptom that you rated on a scale of 1-10. When you find it, rate it again. If the number is above 2, repeat invoking those feelings of deep gratitude up to two more times.
