Practice: Chanting Copy

So Ham (hum) means I am that I am.

It is identifying oneself with the ultimate reality, which is God or the Infinite. Use this guided practice daily. You can use it at anytime, and will be especially powerful as part of your meditation. The So Ham mantra increases in tempo as it continues to build spiritual heat or tapas. It is an invigorating chant to raise your frequency. Use it at anytime and allow the joy of the sound to move you towards love.

Be sure to allow yourself some time after chanting to sit and bathe in the change in your vibration. This audio is short, but once you have the hang of it I recommend setting aside time to chant for longer, or using a mala to do 54 or 108 recitations.
