I recently ran 2 lead management workshops.

I wholeheartedly believe in the power of these, and I’ll be running them again. And honestly, one of them (the first one) didn’t get much interest. I’d love your opinion as to why.

Here’s some context:

Workshop 1: create your lead tracker. Set it up with the fields you need, and whatever is important to you. Mindset work on actually using the tracker and not neglecting it.

Workshop 2: what to say, when to say it, and how to say it when following people up. Everyone brought real examples, and together we workshopped what to say.

Both were 3hrs and $129AUDpp.

A note on the duration…

The reason they were so long is because it’s really important to me that I don’t just talk at you and leave you with a heap of booooooring homework. I want attendees to actually make significant progress on how they manage their leads because it’s honestly frustrating to see so much “money left on the table” by heart-centred biz owners. However, I wonder whether something shorter would be preferable? You’d get less done, but it would be a shorter commitment. Is this preferred?

So, please tell me why you think workshop 1 wasn’t anywhere near as popular as workshop 2. Feel free to be honest, as I’m collecting this feedback for the next workshops.

I’ve taken your feedback on board and created a shorter workshop. Check out my upcoming leads workshop here.
