INTRODUCTION

Hi there! My name is Chenae Carey (ABN: 73298984572 and I provide Intuitive Business Mentoring, training and support including 1:1 coaching, live workshops, courses, and retreats. My services are intended to benefit women who run their own businesses.

I am committed to contributing to excellence in the fields I work in. Understanding that I work in unregulated industries, my intention is to conduct myself in accordance with the standards as outlined in my Code of Ethics. If you have any questions or need further information, please contact:

This document sets out the Terms and Conditions you need to be aware of when purchasing my services. Please take a moment to read it carefully as it sets out your important rights and obligations and I care about making sure we both know where we stand. When you use my services, you agree that you are over the age of 18 and willing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you don’t accept this agreement, you should notify me immediately so we can discuss your concerns.

My services are offered in compliance with Australian Consumer Law.

This disclaimer relates to my services below.

1:1 Coaching/Mentoring

1:1 Coaching/Mentoring is bespoke and designed to meet the needs of my clients. Single sessions and packages are available. We set goals/intentions upon commencement of our time together and work towards those goals, based upon the client’s specific requests and requirements. For 1:1 work I suggest commencing with a 2hr intensive followed by 4 subsequent sessions as a minimum. 6month bespoke packages are by interview only.

Intuitive Intelligence/Intuitive Guidance

Intuitive Intelligence programs are designed activate intuitive intelligence, demonstrate how to apply the science of intuition to their daily life and master the governing laws of the Universe.

Live Workshops

Live workshops are designed to bring together a group to enhance connection between participants whilst they learn about themselves, develop their businesses, uncover fear and develop their intuition.

Online Membership/Mastermind

The online membership incurs a monthly subscription fee. Each month members receive a variety of services including but not limited to guided meditations, group coaching, hot seats, coworking and accountability along with access to a Facebook group for members only.

Retreats

Retreats are offered either within Australia or Bali, for small groups of women.

Tapping

Although gaining in scientific support, tapping is still considered to be experimental. It is important that you take full responsibility for your own health. Intuitive Intelligence Tapping is not a substitute for traditional medical attention, counselling, therapy or advice from a qualified health care practitioner. It is not intended to be used to treat, diagnose, cure or prevent any disease or disorder.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The advice and information offered in my work is based exclusively on my impressions and experiences. I am not a medical or health practitioner. I offer my clients and students a spiritual perspective to aid them in their self-healing and self-empowerment. I do not claim to heal people, I simply allow people to experience and access their optimal selves through the philosophy and practices of intuitive intelligence, coaching and workshops. My intuitive guidance and coaching is not therapy or a substitute for therapy. If any concerns should arise you are advised to seek advice from a mental health professional. Results are not guaranteed and are based upon the input from the student/client.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You agree to indemnify me (hold me blameless) for any injury or illness that you might suffer or any damage or loss that might occur while we are working together. If you have any doubts at all about any issue that might arise, you agree that you will conduct your own research and make your own fully informed decision about what is best for you.

In no event shall I be liable to you for costs, loss or damage of any kind arising out of or related to this Agreement or the services provided in relation to it. If this clause is unenforceable for any reason, my total cumulative liability for all causes of action of any kind shall not exceed the total amount you have paid me for my services.

Any testimonials and promised results that may have influenced you in making this purchase are based on my experience and those of my previous clients. They are not guarantees that anyone else will achieve the same results.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The materials and resources that I provide to you are protected by copyright. They are for your personal use only and may not be copied or shared in any way without my written consent.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Your personal information will be stored securely and kept completely confidential. It will not be shared with anyone. For more information please see my Privacy Policy.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Forms of Payment

All services are to be paid for upfront. No work will be undertaken without prior payment. Credit cards and bank deposit accepted. I do not accept payments through PayPal under any circumstances.

Currency & GST

All prices are in AUD. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are exclusive of GST, and GST will be added for Australian clients.

Security Policy

Online payments are accepted using Stripe and via other subscription services. A record of customer credit card details may be captured and stored in Stripe.

DELIVERY OF SERVICES

Delivery

Most services are delivered to clients online, using Zoom, an online video conference platform. Upon booking you will be sent details on where to join the online meeting at the scheduled time. You must have downloaded the software prior to the call to ensure your appointment time is not impacted. Appointments will not be extended to allow time for software installationif not done prior.

Packages

1:1 packages run on calendar months and all sessions must be used before the package ends. Any unused sessions/minutes will be forfeited unless clients purchase an additional package. For example, if a client purchases a 6 month package on March 15th, their package will end on September 15th. If they purchase a 3 month package on August 12th, their package will end on November 12th. When purchasing a package, it’s the responsibility of the client to book their sessions. Upon purchasing, clients will receive an email which includes the appropriate links.

Rescheduling and cancellations

Should you need to reschedule a single appointment (not part of a package), please ensure you do so more than 24hrs prior to the appointment time to avoid incurring additional fees. In the case of a no-show by the client, 50% of the session fee will be withheld.

Rescheduling can be done more than 24hrs prior to a single appointment time by clicking the link to reschedule at the bottom of confirmation email or reminder emails. Any rescheduling requests less than 24hrs prior to the scheduled session time must be received via email, may be rescheduled but may incur a 25% administration fee. Due to the small window of time, there is no guarantee that the email will be addressed prior to the scheduled session time.

If you would like to cancel more than 24hrs prior to a single session, you will receive a refund less a 25% admin fee per session. Cancellations within 24hrs of the scheduled appointment will see the full booking amount forfeited.

Appropriate efforts are made to ensure the client is well aware of their scheduled appointment time/s, with an initial confirmation email, plus 2 reminder emails sent. The first reminder is sent 24hrs before, and the second is sent 1hr before the scheduled appointment time to the email address used when booking. Any preparations you need to make will also be notified in your email confirmation for your booking. For example, if you would like to record your session, you will need to be on a computer, rather than a tablet or smart phone.

In the unlikely event that I am unable to attend, I will contact the client to advise with as much notice as possible. If the circumstances prevent me offering an opportunity to reschedule immediately, I will endeavour to rectify this as soon as possible, given the circumstances. If you are on a package (more than 2 sessions) any holidays or time off booked will be communicated with you the client, and a solution that suits both of us will be discussed.

REFUND POLICY

After receiving a service, you are no longer entitled to a refund. If you change your mind part way through a package, please contact me to discuss whatever challenges you are having, and we will attempt to negotiate a win/win solution.

Coaching/Mentoring

I do not offer a refund to 1:1 clients who change their mind. If you are unsure about working with me 1:1 I strongly recommend you book a discovery call/interview so we can both assess the suitability of working together. If partial payment has been made, the remaining balance will not be payable.

Clients who accept a place (after an interview) for a 3 or 6 month bespoke package, are entering into a 3 or 6 month financial commitment. Once the package commences it is a requirement that all payments must be made for the 3 or 6 month period. Payment options include monthly and upfront. Weekly payment options may be available and are offered at discretion. No refunds are available.

Courses

If you purchase a course/program and realise that it is not right for you, I will refund according to any course materials not yet taught, minus stripe fees and a 25% admin fee. To request a refund, please make contact via email within 14 days of purchasing, and myself or one of my team members will be in touch to organise your refund.

Intuitive Guidance Readings and Method Sessions

I do not offer a refund to clients who change their mind after purchasing intuitive services.

Live Workshops

I do not offer a refund to clients who change their mind for live workshops after purchasing. Tickets are transferable, but non-refundable. If you are unsure about attending a workshop, I recommend you book a discovery call so we can discuss this together.

Online Mastermind

The online mastermind is a monthly payment model, with a 6 month financial commitment. Once enrolled it is a requirement that all payments must be made for the 6 month period. Weekly or upfront payment options may be available. 2hr intensives are a pre-requisite and must be paid and delivered before commencement of the mastermind.

Day Retreats

To secure your place on a day retreat requires full payment. If I cancel the day retreat for any reason, any monies will be refunded less any payment processing fees.

Force majeure

In the occasion that the event is cancelled more than one week due to an event outside of my reasonable control (including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government action/interference, national emergencies) then any monies paid will be refunded, less any payment processing fees. If the cancellation takes place within one week of the event commencement date, 85% of any monies paid will be refunded, less any payment processing fees.

If you cancel your booking less than 1 week prior to the day retreat commencing, you forfeit all payments made. Cancellations more than 1 week prior will be refunded 50% of total monies paid, minus payment processing fees.

Residential Retreats

To secure your place on retreat requires a non refundable deposit. If I cancel the retreat for any reason, any monies will be refunded less any payment processing fees. If I cancel the event, your deposit will also be refunded, less any payment processing fees.

Force majeure

In the occasion that the event is cancelled more than one week due to an event outside of my reasonable control (including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government action/interference, national emergencies) then any monies paid will be refunded, less any payment processing fees. If the cancellation takes place within one week of the event commencement date, 85% of any monies paid will be refunded, less any payment processing fees.

If you cancel your booking prior to the retreat commencing, the following terms apply:

Less than 1 week prior to retreat commencing 50% of any monies paid (excluding non refundable deposit) will be refunded, less any payment processing fees
1-2 weeks prior to retreat commencing 70% of any monies paid (excluding non refundable deposits) will be refunded, less any payment processing fees
2-4 week prior to retreat commencing 85% of any monies paid (excluding the non refundable deposit) will be refunded, less any payment processing fees
4 weeks prior to retreat commencing 100% of monies paid (excluding the non refundable deposit) will be refunded, less any payment processing fees

CONSUMER GUARANTEES

In the event of a problem occurring, I will work with you to provide a solution within 7 days of you notifying me of the problem. In the case of a major problem you can book a free 15-minute consultation with me to discuss the difficulties/issues and to work out a solution.

JURISDICTION & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

My main place of business is in Queensland, Australia. This agreement is subject to the governing law of Queensland. If you have any issue or complaint arising out of your purchase, you and I agree to make a genuine effort to find a win/win solution and resolve the dispute through negotiation and discussion.

If we are unable to resolve a dispute by negotiation and discussion within 14 days, we agree to proceed to mediation with the assistance of an accredited mediator. It is a condition precedent to the right of either party to commence litigation other than for interlocutory relief that it has first offered to submit the dispute to mediation. Litigation is to be considered a last resort and may not be commenced until, in the opinion of the independent mediator, the potential for negotiation and mediation have been exhausted.
