You have so much on your plate – but are you making it worse?

If you’re not pre-planning some of your content, then there’s a good chance you’re adding to your own overwhelm.

#hellosabotage 👋

Sit down once a week or once a month and get creative. What do you want to say? How would you like to say it? What’s important to you? What do you need to share? What do you want your audience to know, feel, and do?

Give yourself an hour and see how much you can write.

The frequency doesn’t matter, as long as you’re consistent. So you decide if it’s weekly, fortnightly, monthly, whatever works.

BATCHING your content helps you avoid spreading yourself and your energy thinly. Make a commitment to yourself that you’ll set aside time and create a bunch of content all at once. Don’t set the bar frustratingly high, either. If you sat down today and wrote 5 posts in an hour and you scheduled one per week, that’s a great place to start. Be kind to yourself but give yourself a break by developing (and sticking to) a system that works for you.
