What I’ve found in working with women who have their own businesses, is that they’re not as successful as they’d like to be, and that’s where I come in. I can spot self sabotage a MILE away, and I’m not afraid to call it out. This often means difficult conversations or being REALLY honest with ourselves. And that can get pretty uncomfortable, which means that I’m not their favourite person when I’m calling shit out. But I’m ok with that, because I’m interested in their EVOLUTION. Their growth. Their expansion. This is what my mentors do for me, and I do the same for my clients.
The women I work with are smart. So smart. And they’re passionate too. They want to make a difference, but they keep sabotaging their success. My job is to shine a light on those blind spots that are the fuel for your self sabotage, and guide you to dismantle them. The root of the sabotage is subconscious, and that’s my speciality.
There’s plenty of business mentors and coaches out there who can teach you strategy, but if your dominant subconscious program is ‘I’m not worthy of success’ or ‘I don’t derserve to have lots of clients’ or ‘I have to work hard’ then you’re not going to be building a successful or sustainable business, are you?
I ACKNOWLEDGE THE TRADITIONAL CUSTODIANS OF THE LAND UPON WHICH I WORK, THE NINGI NINGI PEOPLE OF THE JAGERA & TURRBAL NATIONS,
AND PAY MY RESPECTS TO THEIR ELDERS PAST, PRESENT AND EMERGING.
